The GTX Canyon Canoe Club is the host and custodians of the Global Trader Drak Challenge. The event is rated as one of the best and most enjoyable canoe events on the South African calendar, and attracts a steady field of around 800 paddlers each year. The 2010 event will aim to increase the field to 1000 paddlers.
